Another productive SOS Fracture Alliance Governing Committee meeting this morning
Updated: Sep 23, 2021
HI all
So the Governing Committee has dusted off what may have been left of the summer holiday cobwebs this morning and knuckled down for its first meeting of 2018. The members all contributed updates on projects such as:
- the submission to the Minister of Aged Care from December 2016. Outcomes/next steps from this are expected around mid May and we will definitely keep you informed.
- progress on the current projects underway with the Sax Institute, GP Focus Groups and the NLP project. These projects are all tracking within the estimated timeframes and will contribute a great deal towards our efforts to improve secondary fracture prevention across Australia.
- we now have a set of PowerPoint slides available to be used by our membership when wanting to include a summary of what the SOS Fracture Alliance is all about. These will be distributed to members shortly.
Our next Governing Committee meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 23 May and we will update you again after that.
